What does it mean to be a “good neighbour?”
How does a person build a “connected neighbourhood?”
It’s not as hard as it sounds. For the most part, many of us are doing it already … shovelling each other’s sidewalks, retrieving the puppy that got out of the backyard, taking care of the child who fell off his bike. At the time, these actions seem small and an obvious course of action, but it can mean great things to the recipient.
Many of us will do all of this and more, if we can do it quickly at the moment we identify the need. So we have built this page … a one-stop shop for customizable items you can print, quick instructions for activities, and ideas for care packages.
Watch this space as we build and share our virtual “Library of Random Acts of Neighbourliness,” shared by our Neighbourhood Connectors.
